Before preparing a proposal, we will sit down with you and/or your community association manager to gain a clear understanding of your wants, needs, concerns and budget. This enables us to be responsive and focus on what matters to you and your owners. We know community association managers and HOA board members have a lot on their plates and it’s our job to give you a proposal that fits your needs the first time.
We do everything within our power to make your job easier during the selection process, whether that means attending board meetings to answer questions or meeting with an insurance adjuster on your behalf. We are even willing to help you with a comparison analysis so all of the proposals you’ve received can be compared easily and fairly.
During the onsite roofing period, a foreman will be onsite at all times and there will be two project managers to make sure the installation is up to code specifications. The project managers will be happy to answer questions and address any issues that may arise. Every member of our team is committed to getting the job done safely and correctly with minimal disruption to your owners.
Once the project is completed, we will conduct a Final Walk Through. We invite the HOA board members to this Final Walk Through to ensure Icon Roofing has executed the roofing project exactly as the proposal stated. We will ensure a thorough clean-up of the property and take dozens (or hundreds, depending on the size of the project) of photos which we’ll share with the HOA. We will also file the warranty on the HOA’s behalf (if applicable) once the Final Walk Through has been completed and the HOA board has signed off on the project being complete and satisfactory.
We also want to know how we did and how we could have improved. Feedback can be given verbally or in writing but we hope you will tell us how we did so we can praise our staff for doing excellent work or give them additional training.
